quality product
I felt the price for this item was great for the quality of it. I am an avid bread baker and like the feel of the scraper and the fact that it won't rust when I wash it.

Dough Scraper
I did not buy this product with the intention of using it as a dough scraper. I bought it to use it to pick up my cut up vegetables like chopped onions, tomatoes, garlic in one scoop. I don't like using my hands all the time or the knife especially when I'm in a hurry or cooking various things so this cooking gadget really comes in handy for me.
