Buy new: $22.79 / Used from: $0.19 This is the guide I refer to when I need to known anything about using ICs verses employees. If you plan to go with ICs or employees, I HIGHLY recommend this book. It even comes with legal contracts, and has sections about differing state laws. Definitely look for the newest version when shopping (older versions are rumored to be outdated).
