This generator features a 25 HP Subaru V-Twin OHV electric start engine, and provides 13,500 running watts and 17,000 max watts or portable power, ideal for tool power on the jobsite or complete home backup power. It features an 8 gallon tank with a fuel cap gauge which provides up to 6 hours of run time at 50% load. The control panel has four 120-volt 20a GFCI outlets, one 120/240-volt 30a twistlock outlet and one 120/240-volt 50a outlet. The battery for the electric start capability is also included. The idle control feature helps reduce fuel consumption and noise. Low oil shutdown protects the engine by automatically turning off when the oil is low. Caution
I purchased this generator a month or so ago. It looks to be a very well made high quality unit.
A word of caution. Powermate is not part of the Colman company. Powermate is no longer in business, so there is no manufacture support for this unit.
