You'll smell like cake. EXPENSIVE cake.
I do love this fragrance! I'm not a fragrance expert so I can't tell you much about notes and all that, but I can tell you that I enjoy this fragrance very much. Sweet and vanilla, mmmmmm.... My husband favors sweet scents on me over any other floral, "perfumy" scent.

I have this I Profumi di Firenze fragrance in a decant, however, that must be dabbed onto the skin, instead of being sprayed. I suspect this is why I don't get much sillage (wafting scent) with Vaniglia del Madagascar.... rather, it stays close to the skin. (Sprayed perfume is more likely to have more sillage than a rolled-on or dabbed perfume.) This works for me as it's my favorite scent to take on trips with me to wear on the airplane. It doesn't annoy fellow passengers, but I can get a soothing whiff from my arm when I feel nervous. Yup, I'm the crazy lady on your plane smelling her arm compulsively. :) If your arm smelled like expensive cake, you would too.
