I like many others, have been on the quest to see which sexual enhancers really work and seen how It's been hard to tell which reviews are authentic! So I decided to just go ahead and give a video review of the ones I have tried.

Works, but side effects were bad
I purchased this after trying something else that did not work. The product does work (or at least it worked for me)... I'm a 30 yr old, pretty healthy guy, sometimes I have hard times keeping an erection. I had date #4 with someone and wanted to make sure I'd be decent in bed... I took two pills (I'm a big guy, weight over 250 lbs) with water a couple of hours before show time. Once aroused I was pretty hard and honestly stayed like that for hours. Later at night, after some more 'adult fun' was hard again for a long time... BUT, way later at night, I got a really bad headache, got heartburn and could not sleep. Spent all night tossing and turning. When it was time to check out of the motel, I still had the headache and was nauseous... I will use product again as it did work very well for me, but next time will take just one and see if the side effects are weaker.

Over the counter Viagra
You can pick this up at some Wally Worlds, but it's usually sold out. It feels very similar to Viagra, works in about the same time, lasts 24 hours. I was going to give 4 stars because, like Viagra, it gives me bad acid reflux, but I give it 5 star because it's over the counter.
