Worked for me
Before committing my hard earned cash I did the research on this company. Of all the Hoodia suppliers they are one of the few that can demonstrate that their product comes from South Africa and is made from the actual Hoodia Gordonii plant. As with all products they will affect different people different ways. For my wife and myself we did not experience a complete lack of desire to eat. However we did notice that the need to snack disappeared. The most significant effect happened at mealtime. After eating what would be half a normal portion we both experience a very uncomfortable full feeling, as if you ate way too much. This would diminish over time but never left you feeling empty or hungry. This full feeling came on weather we were eating solid food or just drinking, a fact that we had to become accustomed to at mealtime, drink to much and you won't eat at all. This was also helpful if we felt hungry during the day. One bottle of water would knock out any desire to eat. Using Desert Burn and adding daily exercise (we walk about 3 miles a day) will cause you to loose weight. Over a three month period I lost 45lbs. Bottom line, this is not a miracle cure. You can eat your way thru the fullness, you can just sit around and not take an active part in your weight loss and gain weight. But if you are serious about changing your lifestyle permanently this is the way to go. No more meal planning, special foods or drinks. You can go to any restaurant, any party and eat what everyone else is eating but in moderation.

Watch out for False Reviewers
I was searching Amazon today for Hoodia products and came across two reviews for two different Hoodia products that were word-for-word, exactly the same. One review was for Desert Burn ZA 750 by reviewer Paul Stratter of Mount Laurel, NJ and the other review was for Hoodia Gordonii Plus, 1 month supply, by Robert Tucker of Terre Haute, IN. The two reviews are duplicates of each other. Amazon users, the review section is for valid and true opinions of the products offered, not for marketing ploys. Shame on you!

Dessert Juice up-date from Feburary 25th!
I was not able to write a second review for the juice so I decided to write here on the pills since I tried those too!

It has been exactly one week since I last posted. I have since lost three lbs. I definately think this product works. And to further test it I had one of my girlfriends try it from my own bottle and sure enough it worked for her too. Yes the taste is horrible, but common, I don't care how bad a product taste if you lose weight from it without any side effects whatsoever, why not? The lady who posted in the bottom just wasted her money and opportunity to get thin, shoot if she doesn't want her bottle send it to me I'll take it! Ha ha! I also tried the pills, the pills were not as strong and as effective for me as the drops, the drops worked so much better for me. As for the pills I sill find myself snacking from time to time, but as for the the liquid drops I don't find the need to want to eat at all. So I say purchase the liquid form! (Desert Juice!)
