If you only need an air pump to occasionally inflate your exercise ball or other small inflatables, this will do the job. Hand held model about 10 inches long. This Can Save Your Breath5
I purchased this at the same time I purchased a Rody inflatable horse and toddler pool. I was told that it worked well and sure saved my grandson-in-law's breath. It's not a toy so couldn't give it a 5-star rating as a toy. They have used it to inflate a Rodie horse, wading pool, beach balls, etc.

The Two Way Action Hand Pump by Gymic worked very well to blow up the hopper ball. We've only used it once and it was fast and successful.
