Best Electrolyte Replacement

Good product
My favorite electrolyte drink. If you are not looking for a carb or protein loaded drink, this is the way to go. It is a fluid replenisher that contains an all natural sweetener. It is loaded with electrolytes and vitamins. The perfect sport drink for the kids. The lemonade flavor tastes great. I tried strawberry-banana and was not too pleased with it.

I usually carry two 10oz bottles with me in a 2 hour run. If you are a runner, you have to take in your energy from another source like gels or shots because the amount of carbs provided is not enough. The good news is that it is good for the whole family if you live in a hot weather and you spend most of the day sweating.
