She's done it AGAIN!
This is an absolutely beautiful book that makes the PERFECT gift to give to someone who has just announced their pregnancy! It is not too wordy, brief-yet with enough info and well written!

My favorite part is how it is broken down in every week of pregnancy. Marla has written beautiful prayers to read for your child, has appropriate scriptures for each week and even a small section to journal your thoughts! Oh...AND she includes the important stuff of what is going on with your baby week by week!

I just received mine and I'm 34 weeks pregnant. I LOVE it!! Just wish it came out when I first found out when I was pregnant! I loved it so much I've already given it away for as gift!!!

A Wonderful Companion Book
"Expecting" should rightly be a companion book for expectant mothers and grandmothers, an excellent, practical, and personal guide through a pregnancy. It is nicely formatted and illustrated. Best, though, is that it gives moms and grandmoms in waiting a real idea of what the baby is doing developmentally, physically, and mentally; the changes mom is going through that very week, and guides all in praying for the very needs of that week's changes and progress!

I certainly wish that I'd had this book some three years (and again two years) ago, to have had this tour through my daughter-in-law's pregnancies and how I could specifically pray for her, and my granddaughters. I've purchased several, as a start, to give to newly-expectant moms, and their mothers and mothers-in-law.
