Thanks for your help Dawn!
I just finished reading Dawn's latest book; Chinese Women in Love and Marriage. I loved it! I purchased a hard printed copy of the book because I want to take it with me and read it with my girlfriend during my next visit to China.

Cross cultural - Long Distance - Relationships are difficult at best but I have found that the different cultures actually enhance the relationship. My girl is so much more interesting than any American woman I've ever met.

Dawn's new book has been a wonderful source of encouragement and guidance in further developing my relationship with the love of my life, my wonderful Chinese lady.

This book is very well written and contains lots of valuable information and advice that you simply can't get anywhere else. A better title might have been: "Chinese Women for Dummies" because it is a wonderful, How-To, technical manual for relationship building.

I highly recommend it if you are interested in developing a strong relationship with a Mysterious Chinese Jewel.

Helpful Book for anyone considering a Chinese Bride.
I made many of the mistakes that a typical Western male will make on his first voyage looking for someone from China. Do NOT USE chnlove or any other site associated with Matchmaking...waste of time and money. Wish I had read this book before I began my search. Very insightful in the cultural differences and I recommend this book. I was so impressed I want to get the Chinese version for my lady friend (significant other) there. The stories from the author's life and those of the members of Asian Promise are very helpful.
