I bought this thinking it won't work to expectations. Well I was wrong! This item really cooks the lotion, oil or gel... Wow!!! sometimes I feel its too hot. Variable temp control changes the temperature... I wish there was another I could purchase... This item rocks!!! The women just love the warm lotion!!!

I've been using this for a couple of months now and haven't had any problems with it at all.

Nice product
It is a simple heater for rubdown oil. We ordered the same one our old masseuse had in her office. It does its job well.
