Buy new: $33.99 They didn't have these in microfiber the first time I nursed. Good nursing bras--five is the magic number--are well worth the money. Don't wear the same ones over and over; like shoes, you need to switch them up.

I had the original but they say this better. You can buy a used machine but make sure to buy a separate set of tubes and bottles. Pumping, if it helps keep up your supply and keeps your babe into mama's milk, is a-ok.
