Ribs
While this might not have been good enough for the other reviewer I used this wood for 3 hours on 6 racks of ribs and they came out GREAT!

Great bisquettes at a great price
I use these for poultry, and they give a great smooth smoke flavor. You can't beat the price anywhere if you buy 4 boxes and get the 4-for-3 promotion. Too bad Amazon doesn't offer more flavors in this deal. Apple is the only flavor eligible for the 4-for-3 offer and free shipping.

Excellent method for smoking all types of food , do not use the applewood for smoking jerky though, the flavor is too mild.
