This 215 Piece Mechanics Tool Set features chrome sockets in 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" Drive; impact sockets in 1/2" Drive; SuperKrome® combination and flare nut wrenches; screwdrivers; plus a variety of pliers and hammers. The set comes with SK's 5 drawer Mobile Cabinet No. 86105 and 10 drawer Top Chest No. 86106. Both employ double wall construction for greater strength and a power coated finish for superior scratch and chemical resistance.

Excellent Value for Beginning Mechanic or Home Hobbiest5
This is an excellent starting kit for someone wanting to do mechanical work but starting from nothing. SK tools are generally considered to be a couple of steps up in terms of quality from the Sears / Home Depot / Lowes box store brands, and light years ahead of the cheap Chinese specials. In many instances S-K tools compare very favorably to the top truck brands like Snap-On, Matco, Cornwell, or Mac Tools. For example I have sockets from ALL of these brands - and honestly - I prefer my S-K sockets overall. I can not say every SK tool I have picked up is my personal favorite when compared to every other brand - but - I CAN say that every S-K tool I have picked up compares quite favorably in terms of quality, construction, fit and finish to any other brand. These are tools meant to last a lifetime and provide service for years and years. If you are just starting out - this is a good place to begin.
