My breastfed baby had no problem going between breast and these bottles. The shape of the nipple is very similar to the natural shape of mother's nipples. (Medela nipples are not a natural nipple shape & my baby would never take them.)

You absolutely must have this bottle brush! The suction cup bottom is the key feature, which allows you to stand the bottle brush upright on the countertop to air dry (instead of laying on the counter where there is more germs).
