Bought for connecting my laptop/camcorder (USA) to power supply in India. Worked fine. Solid built and will not break.

Didn't actually need to use it
The adapter appears to be well made and fit for the purpose, but I didn't actually need to use it. It seems that most upscale business hotels in India have one or two power outlets that will accept a US (or even a UK) plug - or at least the four hotels I was fortunate enough to stay in did. (Of course these are still 240V.)

Worked the way adapters should work
What more can I say? I had ordered two, and merchant sent me one correct one and one incorrect one. I called them, and they very PROMPTLY sent a replacement and did not ask me to return the incorrect one (India->US adapter) which I subsequently gave to an Indian colleague to use in the US.
