An armchair-grabbing action movie that features a behemoth monster in NYC. The plot sounds perhaps dumb, but the camera-on-shoulder filming, along with the realism of the main characters, the continuous flow of action, as well as the depth of the characters all make for a very enjoyable bit of explosive cinema.
