I love it
I brought it because my arms needed some trimming down. It worked great I gave it four stars because after several uses the fabric becomes worn a little. Makes it hard for the velcro to latch on. Overall it does what it's supposed to.

I am very pleased!
I am very pleased with these.I've been wearing them while I walk along with a pair of 1/2 lb wrist weight bracelets and can tell that my arms are toning up & trimming down!

Mixed emotions about this one!
The arm slimmers are difficult to put on yourself to get the proper amount of tension needed for them to do their job. If someone can help put these on, it would be better. I have only used mine four times and already the velcro has pilled the material. I have a waist belt that I've used for several months and shows no sign of wear like these slimmers have after minimal usage.
