feels effective
you just feel more energized.
caution: don't take it at least 5 hours before sleeping or you will have difficulty falling asleep. i had gone through the ingredients a while back and didn't see caffeine on it. i suppose its particular vitamins that make you energized ( at sleeping time restless).
take 4 in morning with food. its good value.
they say don't exceed 8 tablets a day. i only took 8 tabs a day during exams. i found 4 to be optimal.

Good but causes weight gain.
I purchased Focus Smart and I felt that it really helped in my ability to focus on my studies - I was under time pressure to finish 6 books in three days for a doctoral class, and write a book review for each. Believe it or not, I finished everything on time, and I was able to present my work on the first day of class - Praise God!

The down side was that these pills gave me incredible appetite and crave for food, and before I knew it, I gained 10 pounds. I am working on getting rid of the extra pounds now (smile). If you take this for focus and memory, make sure you also take something like Hydroxy Cut Cleanser or green tee, and drink a lot of water. I hope this helps. Blessings to you!

This is a great product!
My husband has been using these for quite a while now, and they have helped improved his memory, focus, ability to concentrate and reduced his mental stress level significantly. He has a very demanding job and these tabs are great! Would definitely recommend this product!
