Orb Factory make many themed sets of sticky mosaics. Each box comes with 4 or 5 images and all the stickies you need to complete them. It's color-by-number without the mess of paint. All of my kids love doing them, and they get a sense of accomplishment in seeing them hung up (hangers included) when they're done.

This is a clever game that helps kids practice strategy to win. My son wasn't quite old enough for chess when he started playing Rush Hour Jr, but the skills translated nicely a couple years later when he did. My youngest kids like to use the cards to set up the cars on the board. I also like the travel bag to store everything in. It's kept very nicely in the 5 years we've had our set!

This is another item we've had for many years. We've had ours for about 8 years and its had regular use. Flattens nicely for storage, and it's so incredibly durable.

All of the Learning Resources food sets seem a bit pricey at first, but when I tell you that this particular set has been in existence in our house for 8 years and is still played with daily, you will know it's worth it. Cheaper sets are made of flimsy cardboard and thin plastic that need replacing every so often. The LR sets last a very long time and still look good enough to eat.
