boring toy
We were dissapointed with this toy. The volume is very low, unusual for a childs toy, can barely hear whats its saying. My daughter played with it for 2 minutes then threw it aside. The only time she plays with it is throwing it in and out of the toy chest.

Bought this phone for a daycare kid of mine, he loved it! he was one and loved the lights and sounds that it made.
Nice little phone for your little one
This phone has saved my life numerous times. We keep it in the car and my son plays with it for a long time during the trips. Yes, the sound isn't loud as we are used to with the other toys, but honestly it is loud enough for the person "using" it to hear and not too engaging for the others. Uses short melodies, numbers in english and spanish and displays the dialed number. Basic and private.
