Customer Reviews
Very nice puzzle
Great puzzle with wooden puzzle feel and thick chunky pieces. Great colors as well.
Great for learning shapes and colors
My daughter got this for her first birthday and it helped her to quickly identify shapes and colors. I love all of Melissa and Doug's products and this product is no exception. It is great because the pieces are so chunky and easy for a small child to manipulate.
very cute
This puzzle is really great for a few reasons. When my daughter younger and we were learning shapes, she LOVED holding all the shapes and naming them. Also they are different colors which is fun, and helps teach colors. The other thing it's great for is dexterity. My daughter is now 26 months old, and still has trouble manipulating the star, rectangle and triangle the right directions, to fit into the holes. This poses a fun and interesting challenge for her. She loves to do the puzzle with me. I put all the pieces in the wrong places and she gets very annoyed and corrects my mistakes, which is another fun game. It's a great toy for a kid to play with on their own, or with a parent.
