Suggested Use
Dosage: One tablespoonful daily, taken in the morning. May be added to juice or other beverages if desired. In the case of particularly severe symptoms, or if satisfactory results are not seen within one week, dosage may be increased to two tablespoonfuls daily.

I had been living in misery with hot flashes and night sweats for over three years, and my doctor refused to put me on HRT because a family history of cancer.
