great boots
These are great boots. The opening is a little wide at the top when i tried them on but it wasnt too bad. They make your knees look huge if the fabric isnt just right. They also make your legs look bigger because of all the extra fabric. They're good tho because u could wear them high up on your leg or scrunch them down to just above the knee (well im short.. so i can do this) They are def cute. They seem like they're made pretty well too. They do have a high heel but with the hidden platform it's not too bad. I give it 4 stars because im not sure how often im gonna have to rearrange the fabric so that my knees dont look funny. Other than that- I love them.

Most uncomfortable boots in the world but soo cute they are worth the pain!
These boots are adorable and I get so many compliments when I wear them. They are just really high and super uncomfortable.. not support in the ankle or foot padding.. BUT really cute!!

RETURNED
This boot has two layers, the inside goes against your leg and then the outside is the faux suede that's baggy. You can adjust it however you like. I am 5'6" with long legs and the shaft hit me at a great spot so if you need a really high boot, this is it. However, I eneded up returning it due to the excess baggage! There is far too much slouch material for my taste and I found that it made my legs look bulky. Also, the heel felt too high. I do wear heels but these pitched me forward and made me feel off balance. That being said, I got the knee high version of these, the mckenzie and I love those because there isn't as much material and I think the heel is lower by a half inch.I got them on endless.com which is a part of amazon so I was happy that they have free shipping and returns because I had to send these babies back.
