From School Library Journal
PreSchool-Grade 3--A folktale from Costa Rica retold as a picture book about two cousins--one wealthy and selfish, and the other poor and kind. It is also the story of an encounter with witches dancing and singing the traditional rhyme of the title about the days of the week. Illustrations in rich colors face each page of text.

Lovely fairy tale
This book is enchanting - good story, and wonderful use of the language. Spanish was quite basic and easy to understand even for a beginner. Beautiful illustrations.
