What a joke...
The whole experience w/this company was a complete joke...
The watch I ordered was not the problem; I simply didn't like the look of it and it was too big. My fault, should have gone to Nordstrom to see it in person. Ordered the watch and three days later the price dropped $60.00. Called the 800# and spoke w/someone in Customer Service...except it was really shady. The CS rep. said she could not do anything about the price difference and was not willing to take the $60 off my final bill. I told her to cancel my order and I would reorder w/the new price. Her response was that I would have to wait for the new watch to arrive. Finally I asked to speak w/her supervisor b/c we weren't getting anywhere. Her response was to place me on hold for what seemed forever and when she finally came back, she said the supervisor could not be reached. She said she could drop $30, but that's it...like we were bargaining or something. I said fine, take the $30 off and continue w/the shipping. The watch arrived on a Monday night...I excitedly opened the box, looked at the watch, realized the face was much too big for my liking and put it back in the box. I IMMEDIATELY went online to fill out the return info and received a response that they would get back to me w/an RMA #. Next day - received another email w/the RMA# and directions asking me to ship it back FedEx Ground, insure it for $$, and have the RMA# on the outside of the box. Did this exactly as asked. Here's where I wait...and wait...and wait. Suddenly two weeks later, I receive an email telling me my order is on its way...WHAT? I call to find out what they're sending me...office closed. I call the next day and get another shady CS rep on the phone who explains the box was received, the watch was scratched, worn, and links were missing...and they were sending it back to me. I about lost it. I asked to speak w/a supervisor and was placed on hold again. Supervisor never came to the phone, apparently "he" was at lunch. I contacted Amazon right away and they solved my problem, however the watch still arrived UPS a few days later. Although the money has been placed back on my debit card, the watch is still on my kitchen counter. I am on the phone as I type...the female CS rep. answered and had someone in the background telling her how much she owed her for coffee. The female asked me to hold on a second while they discussed this matter. I said, "Excuse me." This is unbelievable. I immediately asked to speak w/her supervisor and she wanted to know what the problem was. Now I am on hold waiting for her supervisor...David. Apparently I'm to receive an email w/a UPS account number to send it back...we'll see.
All I have to say is do not order ANYTHING through this company. It is a major headache and you might never get your full refund back.
