Did not speed up recovery at all1
I used this product as prescribed in conjunction with a five-meal-a-day diet quite similar to the Body for Life diet program. I train six days a week, doing running three times a week (interval training most of the time), weight training the other three, and I also attend a rigorous Systema Russian martial arts course twice a week.

Despite my meeting my protein and carbohydrate requirements and getting plenty of sleep and rest, I was not recovering any faster when taking the Muscle Armor than I was just on my own. It may, of course, be just me, but I was not successful at all using this expensive product. I did switch to After Shock, which seems to be working slightly better than this product: Myogenix - After Shock Tropical Typhoon, 2.64 lb powder
