cool product, super cool service
Though EAS products have always been expensive, you always see results that are tantamount to the money you invest on them. This is one of the best Creatine supplements I've ever had, and I bought it after doing a lot of research (I'm a medical student :)); and you see quick results if you have it along with other protein supplements like Whey Protein.

I have bought many products (ranging from EAS Creatine to Canon A710) from amazon and I should say I've been very satisfied with my purchases. The item is shipped in just 2-3 days (on normal days I mean), and it usually comes in a well-packed box ensuring that there are no damages during transportation. And I will continue to buy products from amazon even in future.
Coming to EAS Phosphagen Elite Fruit Punch, I did a lot of literature survey on Creatine products available in market before narrowing down on the ones manufactured by EAS. I got to know about EAS through friends and I have been seeing scientific publications (in many reputed journals) where EAS has been frequently cited, esp in animal pilot studies involving creatine. That just tells that EAS is into active research involving creatine. And I usually take creatine with Optimum Nutrition Whey Protein and I see great results.
The fruit punch flavor is awesome. you may try orange, that's nice too.. Just make sure you hydrate yourself periodically as I have heard people telling me that they urinate frequently upon creatine consumption. That could just be a harmless side effect of creatine, or probably the creatine dose is high and the body's trying to exclude it from its system.. But on the whole, the product is simply too good..

Get dropped less often, maybe
Tasty. Appears to help on those long hilly rides. It may not make you drop proof but it will help those muscles recover faster.
