Product Description
FitDeck is a unique deck of Exercise Playing Cards that makes exercise more simple, convenient, and fun. FitDecks are available in 56-card and 26-card Booster decks. 56-card FitDecks specialize in bodyweight-only exercises (i.e. Bodyweight, Junior, Senior, Yoga, Pilates, Stretch, Prenatal, and Postnatal). 26-card Boosters may require certain equipment (i.e. Exercise Ball, Pull Up bar, Dumbbell, Office, Travel, Kettlebell, etc.). Boosters can be used as a standalone workout or they can be combined with other FitDecks to create an even more challenging routine. Each card has three fitness levels to accommodate different abilities (beginner, intermediate, advanced). Cards are held in a plastic cardholder making it easy to carry and draw cards while on the go. Shuffle cards before every workout to get a random sampling of upper, middle, lower, and full-body exercises. Never spend another minute trying to decide what kind of exercises to do. FitDeck does the thinking for you. Just shuffle, draw, and go. FitDeck Navy SEAL is a 26-card Booster deck that contains illustrations and instructions describing 18 different Navy SEAL-inspired exercises that will strengthen and tone the entire body. Use this Booster deck alone or combine it with related FitDecks and Booster decks (i.e. Bodyweight, Combat Sports, Kettlebell, Stairs, etc.).

Customer Reviews
High intensity cards
I've heard a lot about the fitdeck cards from my buddy who has a deck. I was impressed because they were created by a Navy Seal. My buddies and I would get some wicked workouts with the original fitdeck. Now that they just came out with a navy seal deck, I had to buy it myself. This is not for the faint of heart. There are some brutal pull-ups exercises in there that knocked me out of the box. I'm going back to get the new Bodyweight version too to get even more variety. The Navy Seal deck has 26 cards that are more hard core than the bodyweight deck (which has 56 cards), but the bodyweight deck has all the basics that are done at BUDS, too. This is the perfect combo for anyone looking to do more than 3 sets of 10 reps on the flat bench. I like the spec ops stuff much better.
It will kick your butt
I also reviewed FitDeck Bodyweight and the Navy Seal pack is a great addition for those wanting to amp up the intensity of their workout.
I use the booster to augment my Bodyweight FitDeck with some higher intensity workouts. The Navy Seal booster pumps up the upper-body portion of your workout with tons of pushup variations, pullup variation, and some total body variations like squat jumps. The exercises themselves are harder as well, with clap pushups and one-armed pushups being a few of the exercises that are possible for those already in good shape.
Very much recommended for those of you who need a bit more intensity in your fitdeck!
Cool Tough Easy
I love these cards. Small and simple. Just shuffle and work! They'll kick your butt if you know what you're doing, especially Cardio Strength or Interval Training, such as complex and timed sets. No gym needed. You will be sore and will get in superb shape if you really want it. Best of luck.
