The new Fisher-Price Sounds n' Lights Monitor has a sleek contemporary look that is in line with other personal electronics Moms are accustomed to. The arc of lights at the top allows Mom to see the intensity of baby's cry by the number of lights showing as well as hear it. The lights are also on both sides to allow greater visibility. This monitor also includes a convenient night-light feature on the transmitter to make it easier to see in a dark nursery. Durable, flexible antennas allow for greater range and excellent clarity. Two channels minimize interference and the receiver is AC or battery-powered for portability. Requires six AAA alkaline batteries Includes 2 receivers

Customer Reviews
Great monitor!
This is a great monitor. I am able to keep one receiver plugged in on my night stand and the other receiver is plugged in on the ground floor of my house, with batteries so I can take it around with me. Having two receivers means never having to look for it before going to bed - one is always there!
The range is great I've been able to hear my daughter clearly outside at my mailbox (about 50 yrds away). The batteries last a really long time, and even when they are low the audio works long after the lights fade from lack of power so you can still know what is going on while looking for replacements.
I've never had any "bleed over" from phones or other monitors in the neighborhood. One problem I've had is during the summer I pick up a sports radio broadcast, but if I just turn the volume down a litle I can't hear the broadcast but I can still clearly hear my daughter.
This monitor has worked great for 2 years and I'm hoping to buy a second set for the new baby so my toddler can still have a monitor in her room.
Very durable!
I can hear everything and I have dropped it a few times and it has held up without problem!
