This book is priceless and it's a huge shame that it is out of print. Buy it while they have it is all I can say! Based on the Twelve Steps of Alcoholics Anonymous (substituting the word "food" for "alcohol"), this is twelve week program (one step a week) to help you learn all there is to learn about yourself and the link between your life and your food addiction.

It provides you with meal plans that are highly interchangeable, exercise advice, and help for your mind, body, and soul. An easy read and very informative, even for those who think they've read all there is in diet books. This is not a diet. It's a way of overcoming a valid addiction.
