Excellent Overview of "A Course in Miracles"
For the Novice, who has not been exposed to these teachings, I feel this is an excellent overview. The "real work" begins once the Novice chooses to study the actual teachings and implement them into one's daily life. I have been a student of the Course for 33 years, some of which I broke the habit of daily practice. Once I realized something just isn't quite right in my current place in life, I got back into the teachings and daily lessons and picked right up to get back on track. The "Course in Miracles" is a required course, and this is explained in the Introduction to the Text. If one is looking for truth and answers to our existence, this Course covers it all. The Novice must have an open mind to begin. The student must be willing to consider the possibility of seeing the world differently than the ideas that this material world currently support. This Course puts you in touch with who YOU really are...a beautiful spirit always connected to the source within. Using the process of forgiveness defined by the Course, you will learn how to return to your original state of Love and Atonement (at one-ness). I highly recommend these teachings!!
