About Us
I started Mirror Athlete Enterprises as a concept I began thinking about 10 years ago. As a previous corporate employee and retired Army officer, I've spent many years taking care of my career goals and family financial security. It is now my time to give something back as I pursue my next career goal. I feel an obligation to give back health wellness knowledge to hard working American families. Without a healthy mind, body and soul, it is really difficult to move forward to achieve great things in life. The best way I can contribute back to individuals and families is to impart health and wellness knowledge on topics that may be of benefit to those in search of preventative, or corrective health direction.
