Space Sand Review3
The service and shipping was excellent. I would highly recommend this company. However, the sand was disappointing. It does not all fall to the bottom of the bowl in shapes. There is a fine residue that is left on the surface and it clouds the exciting stuff below.

Better then moon sand great educational value5
My kids loved moon sand, by accident my son called it space sand. I then remembered this product space sand from when I was a kid. I order it and we had a blast. The kids love this more then moon sand and everyone is amazed.
Basically you add this sand to water, it goes into the water and it look like wet sand (muddish) and you can form it underwater. The you scoop the sand out and it is DRY again. Kids are so amazed and they start to ask questions. I am lucky to have a cousin who is a chemistry professor. She started to explain the "reaction" that took place. The kids (ages 6-12) could not get enough of her chemistry lesson. You can reverse the reaction by adding a teaspoon of cooking oil to the sand. It then will not be dry but watever sand you use with the oil with not be reusable.
This product certainly sparked my kids (ages 5,9 at the time) interest in science.
