The price on this stand seems to jump around a lot, so watch for a good deal. It's a very sturdy stand with integrated work supports/length stops. You can also get extra quick-detach mounting bracketw to mount your other benchtop tools on the stand.

Powerful drill, lighter and cheaper than it's 18v relatives. Has variable speed trigger, locking chuck, bit holders, two torque settings, and lots of clutch settings. Included belt clip is genius, the drill cannot fall off unless you release it. Case holds drill and light, plus charger and room for a third battery, and a pocket for the manual.

And here's a nice affordable Sawzall if you've got to have the original. Includes a nice case that has built-in storage for extra blades.

When my Ryobi saw won't cut it anymore, this is the saw I'm getting. It's one of the lowest priced saws outside of the junker class, and yet it's very high quality. The adjustable handle also makes it very comfortable to use.
