From the Publisher
This is an incredible collection of valuable insights from amazing mom entrepreneurs.

From the Author
When I first envisioned in the Spring, 2005 writing a book for mom entrepreneurs, I could not have imagined it possible to create this amazing book. At the time, I only knew I was overwhelmed as a mom business owner and needed help myself, and I was determined to find a way to share what I learned to help other moms.

I contacted mom entrepreneurs from all over the world. It is such a blessing that more than 100 incredible women chose to share with us.

As you read The Business Mom Guide Book… You may laugh. You may cry. You will think over and over again, "what a great idea!" You will be certain you are not alone in your journey as a mom entrepreneur.

I am so impressed with these women. Many of them can be an excellent resource to help you build your business. I encourage you to visit their websites and contact them

Women mean business!5
The business moms featured in Harrison's book share their practical tips and genuine insight of what it is like to raise their families while pursuing self-employed ventures. Her book provides her readers with a realistic view of the challenges these women face in balancing care-giving with their entrepreneurial lives. Owning a business is not easy, but these mothers and millions of other women today are helping to restore the "American Dream" that was promised in our future--one that is being slowly drained away due to the fact that wages have not kept up with basic living costs; and that often times both parents have to work ten hour days, six days a week. True, entrepreneurship involves long hours as well, but among the reasons that studies reveal that over twice as many women are starting businesses today are for the control and flexibility that their ventures provide them; enabling these business moms to arrange more time for their loved ones while doing fulfilling work. Read the book to be inspired to come join this unstoppable and continually growing women's entrepreneurial movement as this 21st Century unfolds! [...]
