This story of one ordinary man who had to fight the most appalling battle ever to keep in touch with his children after his wife left when taking the children with her. Despite the mothers' continual breaking of every single court order Mark had from the court's to see his children, the Court found it easier to remove his access order and jail him for waving to them in the street instead. To compound this utter injustice, while the family court's jailed the father twice for waving to his own children, (one 4 month and one 10 month sentence) the same court's were fully aware that the mothers live in lover was abusing all three of the girls for years-but did nothing to protect the children from him at all. Thankfully, when each of the girls got old enough to take the law into their own hands, they not only escaped the abuse of the mothers boyfriend, but were reunited with the father they loved.

Being the only father probably anywhere in the Western World whose been able to legally talk out about what happened in his family court case, I hope my book may be of some support to all those many thousands of fathers who have or are being wrongly denied access to children they love and once lived with. My eldest daughter Lisa, now 20, has contributed a chapter about how the family court officials chose to ignore her and her sisters pleas to see me for years, simply because it ran against the wishes of their mother. The utter injustice rountinely handed out to fathers across the western world by family court judges is probably the biggest single state funded human rights abuse since the holocaust. The only people to gain from what takes place in family court's are the army of lawyers, child experts and child psychologists employed by the divorce industry. The children's interests will never be served until separating parents have equal rights to the children-something the 'industry' will always resist.
