An Inside Peak into a Mysterious Industry
Author 101 is a fabulous compliment to the Author 101 Book Series. This audio set puts you in the room with the insiders themselves.

Glad I did not buy it
I checked this out of my library and am glad I did not buy. To be truthful I did not even listen to more than I disc. It was VERY annoying to listen to, and probably not geared toward the creative writer or fiction writer. I see their books get high ratings so maybe it was just me or the sound of their voices but the content did not grab me or hold my interest or give me any hope of learning how to be published without being an executive in the first place. And I won't read their books either. There are better resources for the creative writer. All of Natalie Goldman's books for instance; and the one by Ray Bradbury, etc. These people were businesspersons, not creative artists. To give them credit they did admit that publishing was a business so maybe if you want to learn how publishers think it would have some value-if you can get past their bubbly cheerleader cult-like inspiring presentation.
