Good Chocolate, Disappointing Shipping
I heard this chocolate was made from the finest criollo cacao beans, so I thought it was worth $12 to try it. When I learned the shipping was another $10, I almost changed my mind but ordered anyway. Paying that much I expected my order to arrive quickly but it took 2 weeks.

I compared the Amedei chocolate to a 71% Valrhona bar that I bought for $3. Both had the shiny look of well tempered chocolate. Both had a pleasant aroma. I could detect a slightly richer taste in the Amedei bar but I don't believe it's worth the extra cost.
