Incredible Oil!
I am a Audi Mechanic and we use this in everything. The extra cost to put any type of Mobil synthetic is about 15-20 dollars an oil change but with synthetic you can run the oil much longer and still be properly protected! I have seen regular or organic oil wreak havoc on Audi's engines because they break down so fast. Do yourself a favor and always run synthetic oils in every car you have!

Stick With the Stick
I am pleasantly surprised to see that my 2009 Dodge Challenger SRT8's dipstick cap recommends Mobil 1 0W-40. So far, all the Mopars I've operated have offered 100Ks miles running on Mobil synthetics. This 0W-40 promises to be Mobil's best performance synthetic oil yet.

Certainly, it has been a challenge finding 0W-40. (One retailer sells it as oil for diesel trucks!) Hope Mobil will soon produce more of this, so far limited edition, oil. As it becomes more available it will be more popular.

This Mobil 1 has performed for me under many extenuating circumstances and strenuous conditions (from the occasional 141 mph freeway ramp entry to cruising 107 degree Texas highway in air conditioned luxury). It's a tough motor oil!

Some might complain about its expense. It's $10-$20 a gallon more than the usual Mobil oils. To them I ask, isn't your performance worth it?

Looking in my rear view mirror at everyone trying to keep up, I recommend Mobil 1's 0W-40 to all performance enthusiasts--stick with the stick!
