Movado's signature Museum dial stands out beautifully against a background of all gold-tone polished stainless steel in this elegant watch from Movado's Amorosa collection. It features a round black dial with gold-tone Dauphine hands and a concave dot marker at the twelve o'clock position. This is the minimalist look made famous for Movado by American designer Nathan George Horwitt in 1947. Horwitt intended his design to be evocative of a sun dial, with the dot representing the sun at high noon. The dial is housed in a gold-tone steel case that measures 24mm in diameter, and it is framed by a perfectly round polished steel bezel. It presents on a beautiful gold-tone polished steel bangle bracelet that measures 6.5 inches and fastens with a jewelry clasp. Other notable features include a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal and precise Swiss quartz movement. Water-resistant to 30 meters, this watch can withstand splashes and brief immersion in water; however, it is not sufficiently resistant for swimming.

by a huge margin, they also shipped it to me fast and free as promised and placed a five year warranty on the watch as well..

Wife loved the watch
The watch was a birthday present for my wife. She had never worn a watch, saying none of them fit her. We had to take the watch to a jeweler to have the links removed. The watch fits her wrist well and is so light weight she says she doesn't know whe has it on.

Flawless piece
I got this watch from my husband on Valentines(Feb, 07)... its a masterpiece. It looks better in reality, I was in tears when my husband opened box, even the box was beautiful. I love watches and have 7 name brand watches including Bulova but MOVADO experience is exclusive, its simple , elegant and graceful.
As this was surprise gift, later I asked my husband for packing and delivery and he said it was satisfactory. The watch comes with movado warranty card and amazon care instruction. For perfect fitting, I had to take the watch to a local jeweler to have couple of links removed. But please take it to certified personnel only.
