Great upgrade for Etymotic ER6i
I originally bought these for a pair of Altec Lansing IM716 IEMS which they are great with, but I also tried them on my Etymotic ER6i and found they are the holy grail of ear tips for this particulate IEM. On the ER6i, they are so comfortable you do not even know they are in your ear. They provide the isolation you get with the silicone flanges or foam tips but are much more comfortable and sound GREAT! Something about the larger opening at the end of the tip really expanded the sound stage on the ER6i. At $5 a pair, they are a little bit $$$ for the month or so each pair lasts, but not any more than what Etymotic offers. The ER6i is not listed as compatible by Comply, but trust me, they fit just great.

Comfortable but they die on you too fast
Very comfortable, even more than the ones provided with Shures E530, but don't block enough noise. (I should have bought the large ones, I think that might be the problem with the external sound blocking). The most aggravating thing is that they die on you really fast. My Shures lasted like 4 months (and they are still usable) but this things only lasted a 2 weeks before they loosed their properties and started to brake. I don't think they are a good value for the money

One of the greatest mods for IEMs on the market
I've used the T100 for my Klipsch Image and the other Comply sizes for my Etymotic IEMs. They are most comfortable and each pair lasts about three months with about three hours' usage per day. Had tried other brands, but the Complys so far offer the best in isolation and overall sound quality. With the T100s, I was able to throw away the eartips that came with the Klipschs and use nothing but Complys.
