Worth the price
This book is intended for cops. I am not a cop, but as a martial artist, I found most of the techniques effective. I think it is a good buy for the price. If you are into MMA or something, this may not be for you but if you are into law enforcement or something of the like, this book will benefit you. I recommend it for amost everyone, cop or not.

Good stuff for MPs
This manual contains an entire hand to hand combat program geared for Military Police. I am an MP and found the information EXTREMELY useful. The book has a lot of pictures and good descriptions. I recommend it to other MPs or even civilian cops.
