Customer Reviews
Best soundtrack ever!
JOAN JETT - LIGHT OF DAY: A good song, not one of my favorites, but a good song.
ANIMOTION - OBSESSION: One of the best songs on the soundtrack! It's got a good beat, good lyrics, and is just a song that I listen to over and over.
THE CARS - MOVING IN STEREO: I like this song too. It's kind of futuristic, but has that 80's feeling to it.
LINA - RIGHT PLACE WRONG TIME: I usually skip this song. It's more like a rap song than the rest of the tracks.
RICKIE LEE JONES - EASY MONEY: This is kind of like a jazz song. I like it, but I usually skip it.
KISS - HEAVEN'S ON FIRE: I like this song a lot, although its more hard rock than the other songs.
BLONDIE - RAPTURE: I like Blondie a lot, but this isn't one of her best songs.
J. GEILS BAND - FREEZE FRAME: Another good track. it's like all of their other songs (which is good).
GRACE JONES - LOVE IS THE DRUG: I really like this song. It's almost like a dance song.
QUEEN - WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS: One of my favorites. A song that everybody will love.
JIMMY ROSELLI - MY WAY: A good song, but I usually skip it. It sounds a lot like the song by Ricki Lee Jones.
JOAN JETT - MY BIG REWARD: One of the best songs on the cd.
GEORGE FENTON - LUCKY NUMBERS: I don't like this song. It's a 5 minute long instrumental song from the movie.
All in all it's a good soundtrack. It's got a lot of good hits from the 80's. So buy it!
only buy it for the Lina song
the rest of the songs here are old boring rock tunes that could be labelled as "Ballads So Dull They Could Be Played At Carpet Shops". Lina's "Right Place Wrong Time" is a good chunk of commercial R&B mixed with big band jazz samples and is the only reason to buy this soundtrack.
