Buy new: $26.99 / Used from: $15.95 This is a strange, sad, hilarious, and amazingly intuitive warning about where our world was headed. Just remember the quote from a now-famous Alaskan senator "The internet is a series of tubes" and you'll get what I mean.

Buy new: $19.99 / Used from: $9.99 If you like confusing time travel movies you'll like this one. They smartly sidestep a lot of the "how" questions by making it clear that it was an accidental discovery. It's a short and clever film worth seeing.

Buy new: $8.99 / Used from: $5.83 I call this one Donnie Darko for people who hated Donnie Darko. The astute viewer may notice some similarities even, suggesting to me that Donnie Darko was somewhat of an homage to this novel and film. The themes are similar if you've seen the director's cut of Darko and know what the intended themes were, but it's been written and produced by much smarter people and it shows.

Buy new: $5.79 / Used from: $3.93 Another movie that has mostly failed to cross the race barrier, this one deserves to be seen. I don't like most of Spike Lee's movies but I really enjoyed this one. The acting is top notch and the plot is intriguing and surprising to people unfamiliar with the history involved. Maybe someone convinced you this movie wasn't for you; they lied.

Buy new: $6.99 / Used from: $2.73 This is one of those movies that everyone's heard of but most people have not seen. If you're like me you were probably too young to see it when it came out. Well if you're over 18 now then get this movie. It's one of Norton's better parts and if you're a startrek nerd you'll recognize another actor. A very good movie.

Buy new: $10.99 / Used from: $7.56 This is one of those movies that most people have heard of but most younger people haven't bothered seeing. That's a mistake because this is a wonderful twisted film and worth seeing.
