Product Description

All natural. No cholesterol. Dairy free. No additives. Vegan. Wheat free. No preservatives. At Mrs. May's we're mostly nuts! The good kind. Peanuts. Almonds, Pecans. Cashews. Walnuts. They're slowly dry roasted, given a dash of sea salt and brushed with sweetness for a world class crunch. We care about what we put in our mouths - yours too. We use only premium-grade, wholesome ingredients. No artificial colors or flavors. And we believe in free - as in cholesterol-free, dairy-free, wheat-free. We put plenty of natural goodness in our light and crunchy snacks. But mostly, we're nuts. Product of China.

About the Brand
In a world of processed foods, endless ingredient lists, and high sugar treats, Mrs. May's Naturals took a more basic approach: Why not combine simple and wholesome ingredients to make a delicious snack? Sounds easy, but it wasn't. While Mrs. May's treats go back more than two generations, they've re-worked and perfected their recipes to bring you the best possible product. The result is always the same: a deliciously light and crunchy snack that everybody loves. After introducing four flavors just a few years ago, Mrs. May's now offers 11 great varieties. Each is made with premium grade ingredients such as roasted nuts, toasted sesame seeds, natural fruit pieces, organic evaporated cane juice, rice malt, and sea salt. The snacks are slowly dry roasted to bring out the most flavor, and to add a lively crunch.

All Mrs. May's products are vegan, non-GMO, cholesterol free, dairy free, wheat-free, gluten-free, and contain no artificial colors or flavors. And ingredient lists are short and sweet. The company is based in Santa Fe Springs, Calif.

Yummy5
I love to put a bag of Pumpkin Crunch on the table at work and watch people's faces light up when they taste them. Try it.

good stuff!4
In my quest to find snacks that are not empty calorie types, this is one of my new favorites. Great taste, and although a hefty calorie count, the decent amount of protein makes this a good choice for eating on the run, if a real meal just is not an option! VERY satisfying. I also tried the white sesame crunch, and that is ok too, but this one wins for taste.

Highest in protein5
Mrs. May's pumpkin crunch is a great snack. For those of you watching calories and intake, be aware that the 2oz portions are two servings. Most of Mrs. May's products are great, but with the fat at 11g per serving, i find it's not a complete guilt free snack. However, the pumpkin seed crunch has 9gms of protein per serving vs. the usual 4gms in their other snacks. So if you're monitoring your intake and want to indulge in these now and then, the pumpkin seed crunch is the healthiest option of the bunch.

That said, they are all tasty and certainly not bad for you, just a little high in fat if you're watching your weight.
