I wept
The low D I received was in perfect tune. The sounds it makes are so beautiful, it brings tears to my eyes. I had a "real" musician play it and he instantly had whistle envy. His comment was that people pay hundreds for a whistle that sounds like this. It is throaty, not peircing. It's not easy to play, but the sounds it makes with some practice are truly amazing. On the other, you pays your money, you takes your chances. These really are hand made and I may have lucked up. Some of the whistles I've gotten are not so in pitch as this and are going to require some fidgeting with.

Good beginers whistle
This whistle is good for beginers to learn on, its not the best quality, but for learning the notes and practicing geting the sound right its great.
