more shipping problems
I too received the initial shipment of shattered glass, as well as a replacement shipment of shattered glass. Insufficient (one-sided) packaging both times.

Like another reviewer, they told me to throw away the first shipment, which I did... Hopefully they won't be coming back asking for it at some later point.

They're asking for the second box of shattered glass back, um - ok, gladly. :)

The smaller Bodum glasses without handles seem much sturdier.

Horrible Experience
I ordered this item, as a birthday gift, on July 4th. It had a guaranteed delivery date between July 11th-July 16th (at the latest.) I NEVER even received my product. The birthday gift was null and void. I called amazon, they told me to email the seller- which i did, and i never was contacted back. Basically, i was completely ignored. So, i called amazon back- they told me to wait 3 days to file a formal complaint. I filed my complaint, and now i have to wait 1-2 weeks while they investigate the problem before they refund my money. So- order this product if you want to spend 50 bucks and you'll never see the product- and you want to wait a month to get any kind of refund.
