The Shoe Pouch was designed by Grantwood Technology, LLC to allow runners and walkers to use the Nike+ iPod Sport Kit® or Nike+ SportBand with any type of shoe. When designing the Shoe Pouch, our primary goal was to ensure a snug fit, extensively testing it with reinforced, nylon lace loops, and a Velcro® closure over the insertion slit. These designs maximize the durability of the Shoe Pouch while, most importantly, maintaining the accuracy of the Nike+® system. The Shoe Pouch matches the correct longitudinal alignment of the sensor, completely covers the sensor and attaches through the laces for excellent security. Thanks for Compatibility
This pouch is so awesome. It sure beats having to purchase Nike shoes to use their products. The pouch fits securly on my Brooks running shoes and is very accurate. I have had no problems with the sensor and Nike+iPod nano reading each other.

Shoe Pouch
THe product is perfect to hold the ipod sensor - no problems getting it on and you can't even tell it's there once you get it attached. I highly recommend it for anyone who doesn't wear the Nike+ shoes, but likes the tracker feature.

I love this shoe pouch!
I've heard people talk about what a nuisance it is to have a Nike chip for your shoe (if you don't own Nike running shoes, that is). Evidently they weren't using this shoe pouch. I have two pairs of running shoes and one of these pouches on each pair--the chip is easily removed from it's pouch and transferred to another pair; however, while in the pouch it is secure and snug. No danger of falling out. I have told everyone about this product and am buying pouches for my friends and family!
