Not as nice as I expected
I searched long and hard for a new recipe book that would meet my needs. I thought this was it, but I was wrong. The ideas are great, but not quite executed as I'd like. My old recipe book allows me to slip the 4x6 recipes in and out of the plastic sheets. This one does not. To take a recipe out, you have to pop the 3-ring binder open. I have so many recipes in mine that I stack them, so I can't read the back if it's still in the sheet. The plastic pages are very flimsy, too. I do like that there are pages for two 4x6 recipe cards and there are pages for one larger paper. Also, I was excited to have more tabbed sections to separate my recipes, but the tabs are all on the top, rather than on the side. Strange. I do like having the measurement equivalents and substitutions right there inside the cover. I'm going to return this and continue my quest for the perfect recipe book. I might just have to create my own with a regular binder and filler pages and tabs from an office supply store. Bummer.
Decent Recipe Organizer
This is a competent recipe organizer. My only problem was some of the plastic holders I received had rips in the binder holes.
